A Record of Service. A Vision for Progress.
Ready to bring experience and tangible results to HD-23
Margaret Angela Franklin has spent her career turning progressive values into concrete results for working families. First elected to the Prince William Board of County Supervisors in 2019, she became one of the first African American women to serve on the Board and went on to lead on some of the county’s most critical issues — from affordable housing expansion, to economic opportunity, child protection, and transportation initiatives.
As Woodbridge District Supervisor, Margaret has served as Vice Chair of the Board, Chair of the VRE Operations Board, Chair of PRTC/OmniRide, and Chair of the Economic & Workforce Development Committee for the Virginia Association of Counties. She’s helped guide regional transit, job growth, and infrastructure decisions that directly affect families across Eastern Prince William. And she is ready to bring this experience to the 23rd House of Delegates seat.
See if you’re in the 23rd district!
